What help is available?
Briefhelder explains a letter, suggests practical next steps and prepares an editable reply when useful. You review and send it yourself.
Language is separate from jurisdiction
The website and explanations are available in Dutch and English. Draft replies can be requested in Dutch, English, German, French or Spanish. AI recognition and translation can contain errors. Language never determines the applicable law.
Current legal coverage
One limited module provides general procedural information about individual Dutch government decisions. It does not assess the merits of your objection or your chances. Tax, criminal, immigration and other special procedures have not been separately verified.
Source: Dutch government, objecting to a government decision. Content reviewed on 14 October 2026; review due by 14 November 2026. Availability and recognisable source content are checked during the request. This does not prove that legislation is unchanged or that the information is complete.
Other countries and topics receive an explanation of the letter and a general reply, without a legal assessment. The same restriction applies when the jurisdiction is unknown. English does not imply English, Scottish or US law.
When information is uncertain
An expired or unsuccessful source check falls back to general assistance and shows the limitation. The service does not calculate legal deadlines. Dates stated in the letter are labelled as such. For formal submissions, check the appeal instructions, required information and authorised channel. A general contact email is not automatically a valid submission route.
Review
The source module has had an editorial review, not legal certification. AI results are not reviewed by a person before delivery. Seek appropriate professional help for serious or urgent decisions.
