Already paid, but received a Dutch reminder?

What does the person receive?
- A plain-language explanation in English or Dutch.
- Possible next steps, with attention to amounts and deadlines stated in the letter.
- An editable draft where appropriate, to copy, download and send themselves.
A preview is free. A full result costs €1.99. The annual subscription costs €24.99 for 24 letters. A referral does not commit anyone to a purchase.
Let the person add their own letter
Prefer sharing the website link. Do not ask people to email you their letters for a demonstration. Use a fictional example yourself. Remove unnecessary names, addresses, account numbers and identification numbers; do not use medical records.
Make the limits clear
An English explanation does not mean every country’s law has been checked. Only specific topics and jurisdictions have limited source-backed support. Briefhelder does not assess prospects of success or send replies on anyone’s behalf. Urgent or high-impact matters still require appropriate qualified help.

You may share this factual description on your organisation’s website or in a relevant newsletter. Describe it as a referral, not a partnership or official endorsement unless one has been agreed.
Explore a workflow with us
Tell us which kinds of letters people bring to you and who would check the explanation. Do not send client documents. There is currently no organisation portal, client-record integration or proven time saving. Processing documents on behalf of clients requires appropriate prior arrangements for access, privacy and responsibility.
